Never did like the feeling of the onset of a cold. And don't you hate it when just after you get done blowing your nose, you have to do it all over again? It's the relentless snot from hell I swear it!!!

I just hope it's not strep, again. Had strep twice already this winter. Yay.

yea i heard the flu is really bad this year.. we have to take than stupid flu nasal spray shit, i guess it helps though i havent been sick yet thank god

you have the option to take the shot as well.

AD doesn't have to take the nasal spray if they work in an area that has someone with a compromised immune system.

I took advantage of Boeing's free flu-shots back in November. And to the test, I have yet to get the flu this season. That said, I get strep two to three times a year, for whatever reason. I have antibiotics readily-at hand if and when the diagnosis says it's strep. Until then, I just overload my system with vitamins.

i know u were a doc, so im not arguing with u, but they told us the only way we get the shot is if we were allergic to eggs.... yes eggs, or pennacillian(SP).

the Docs won't go through an entire appointment just to prove that.

the Army Medic will probably just give you the shot

yea i should have, that spray makes me sick for about 24 hours.... i really didnt like it at all

well i didn't get a flew shot and havnt gotten it yet. but i havent goten sick in well over a year
