Computer help

Okay, for my GIS class, we had to make a map of the US using ArcMap...when i saved it, it saves as Map type format...the problem is, i need it to be in jpg format...anybody know how to convert it from Map type to jpg type so i can put it onto my website?

i have 2 hours and 12 minutes to figure it out.

Take the image copy and paste it to paint then re save it from paint

for anybody interested in what I am doing, it is basically a mapping class mixed with html programming...I am in the works of making my own website...here is what it looks like as of now...the thumbnail with the map is what i was having trouble with. Check it out though
