OMZ I hear you on the college situation that why I’m planning on doing any major work over the summer. But I am still going to do some smaller stuff over spring brake.

96b.boy why did you chose the light weight battery over a trunk mount set up, was it just because of not having to deal with a disconnect set up.

afew reasons one the ground plan of the car switches when you trunk mount and i really didn't want to rewire a bunch of grounds.sure the weight in the back will help but not at the power level i'm at so i'd be keeping weight instead of losing it .and don't care much for a disconnect switch on a street car .but things i don't like is if you store your car i.e. drive it on weekend you have to disconnect it or it will die it has no reserve and they die quickly 3-4 days but the do weigh 20+lbs less then stock

I'm just going to butt my head in here and say proudly that my sh*tty little '94 Probe GT (24v V6) ran a scant 14.5 (back when it ran, lol). Pics of said sh*tty car in teh garage. Lol nobody cares... it's a wanna-be Mustang.
