I have to tell this story. But I have to be carefull because I dont want anyone getting the wrong idea. I just dont understand what I was told.

As some of you know, I used to live in Detroit. It was way different up there than it is down here when it comes to race and cultures. In Detroit, the people seemed to get along better as a whole. and one thing was for certain, we were all Americans and if that was the only thing we had in common, well, it was a great thing.

So my son comes home from school today and tells me what happened at his middle school. The Mexican kids seem to have issues with one another. There are "gangs" and they fight quite a bit. Today, one got out of hand and one girl said that she called her older brother who is not is school to come help her. She said he was coming with a gun and going to shot up the school. well, they locked down the school and then quickly shuffled the kids on their busses to get them off campus. My son said that while they were pushing kids onto the bus, a group of Mexicans took a Mexican flag out into the parking lot and started waiving it rather than get on the bus. It caused more agitation and just riled everyone up even more. My son asked me "what was the point of that? Were they proud that they caused trouble and made school dismiss early? Were they proud that they had the good kids scared?" I couldnt answer it. I usually understand this kind of thing but I just dont get this. Were they that proud of making trouble? I mean, in Detroit, shit happened but nobody ever flew a flag let alone one from another country. Its like they hate the US. Someone explain.

Please, dont take this as being racist or anything. Its just a question Im trying to understand. Remember, my wife is of Mexican decent but is more American than me. She coulndt even answer this. This isnt about trying to get a nasty debate going on. I just want to understand the point.

They wave the flag when they cause fear? Kids were really scared. My son was freaked out. He said it was like an attack. The teachers and staff were yelling "get on the busses" and making the situation very intense... because they took the threat very serious. The Sheriffs office ended up sending 15 cars and wagons to the school.

My old school some guys flew the rebel flag but just messin around

Maybe they flew the flag cause they consider there self mexicans gang or something... Maybe they think they are MS-13

Could be dozens of reasons man, stupidity, messin around after all the trouble, trying to inflict more fear (ie. mexicans own that school maybe?)

But takin a gun to school is no joke man, I would be a little concerned if I had to send my son back there, they may not be joking

What did the police do? Arrest any kids? or just scare them?


P.S. How many are there a few hundred or what? Our school had like 400 people lol im sure its bigger there though

This whole things has me pissed. Anyone that sterotypes people of Mexican desent need to meet my wife. She is so American. Maybe thats why this angers me so much. I am non-confrontational. Im not sure, little J left on his bus. I dont know if the guy with the gun ever came... but if he did, he would have been an idiot to try anything considering the amount of law enforcement.

You mention MS13. Ive heard of that before here. I guess its a real problem and the "members" are real agressive asshole.

Yeah man NO ONE should be AFRAID to go to school that is really messed up, I would send a body gaurd to school with my son haha no joke....

No offense to any mexican who is on here but go check MS-13 on youtube man they are mostly mexicans AND ONCE AGAIN I DO NOT MEAN TO OFFEND ANY ONE...

take it to the school board... but you gotta do some research first know your constitution and other state laws ... you can fight them and get them in jail every fucking one of them

Yeah I want to become a Police Officer so I like to look into that kind of stuff..

MS-13 is one of the dangerous gangs in the world out to start trouble no matter what it is.. There was a LEO that arressted one of the members of MS-13 and they had a 357 on his head, he was advised to take his vacation..

Thats how real they are but there are alot they say they are but just talk... The real Members wont hesitate to kill someone...

Yeah and check for the video at the school that will deffiently help if you go to the school board and if any teachers will, go with you would help alot..

Been to the school board once to get a teacher back and they have alot of stupid rules but there are some loop holes...
