Would you trade?

Im in a debate right now, I love my car to death but im having te opportunity of a lifetime so im gonna need your help, a friend of my dad is willing to trade me
his 97 vette with 37k miles its red and a 6speed in leather

for my 00 stang gt with 115k miles bright atlantic blue 5speed

the thing is that he wants a 4 passanger car i want to know what would you do? trade or not? i would be giving him back about 6-7k and my car for te vette.

Also im not 2 worried with gas mileage but i dont want it to drink the gas sine it would be my daily driver so would it b worth it?

the insurance wouldnt be a problem at all but would a vette be a good daily driver? i mean is it actually safer than the stang? i think it actually safes more gas than the stang but im not sure so keep on with ur opinions ppl

should be alright...The Vette is the only American V-8 muscle car never to have to be subjected to paying the Gas Guzzler tax.

my uncle's 03 Z06 gets 30 mpg on the highway.

I really Dont like the bodys on the vettes..

But this seems like something you would regret if you passed it up.

I typically think of vettes as old man cars. but then again for all i know you could be an old man
