Nope. It was just the wheels. But they're in very good condition. I am pleased with them, and I thought it was a good bargain.

just get the legal if you have to then get a friend that knows how and do darker
i have 15-20% all the way around on mine and its not dark to me so we're gonna put another 15% on the back 3 ( to make it 5) then put maybe 35% on the front 2 maybe 15 to see how dark that is.
