American Muscle has great service from my many purchases. I think you are in the right, so with time, things should be fixed for you. Good luck with the resolution, and be happy when you get your deep dish wheels!

FUNNY i spoke to UPS and they said whats the problem?
"We admited to messing up and there should be no hold up as the wheel was sent back the same day and recived the very next day"

NOt my fault
UPS sent the wheel back
they recived it
UPS admits it was there fault
IM left wating now.

this is like taking delivery on a new car and when they pull up to the front it now has a dent .

"Sir just take it hopefully this will be covered ".

Glad it finally got resolved. I ordered my Black FR500s (18x9 & 18x10 deep dish) from a different company. One of the rears had a couple of scratches on the polished lip. I took a pic, emailed it to them and they sent out a new one that day along with a prepaid UPS label.

well i recived my wheel today but its funny.

they seem to have the same EXACT markings (looks like curb rash and scrapes) on the wheel lips that the other ones did .
I hope they dont try to make a claim with UPS as this would not be nice.

Call them and tell them that you are going to take a picture of the scratches and send it to them in an email. I asked my sales guy to actually take the one they are going to send me out of the box and do a visual inspection before sending it out. They were cool, like I said in my previous post, and I wasn't dissapointed with the replacemet wheel.

That's what I hate about buying over the internet - this kind of crap.

Hope everything works out.
