Man i ordered a set of Anthracite Deep Dish Bullitt Wheel (18x10) for my 2001 GT and i was so happy when ups knocked on my door

.

well when the second box came out of the truck the driver looked at me and said "Man i dont think you want this box "

I was stupmed at first

but when he turned the box around the the box had a big hold in the back

.

Well guess what the wheel was all scraped and nicked up around the edges

and it looked bad .anyways the driver took the damaged box back left the other one that seemed ok and told me sorry .

Well i called Americanmuscle.com to see what will happen now and since the package is still out on the truck they cant do much till its back at the ups hub station.
So to give them a call tomarrow .

So now i have to wait a few more day till my rears are on

at least the UPS guy was honest and you will get it fixed some times you will get UPS guys that just drop and bail small things and it ends up broken and you don't get shit back

True but now american muscle is telling me the process will take MUCH LONGER THAN NORMAL since I (YES ME) messed up and should have taken the box and then reported the problem to american muscle first.

So Im confused they already see/know the box is in route to them(shows on the scanning bill on-line) They know I didnt damage the wheel UPS clearly did ,The driver told me not to take the box as its policy.

But now its my fault this will take longer ....WOW!

its called 17's front and donut and one 18 rear

as i dont have the rears to use now as i lent them to my friend whom had 2 flats and needed them to go out of state .

AM is wrong for telling u that u should have accepted it. If u accepted the package they can claim that u damaged the rim, and not them or UPS. Ur right, there wrong. Bottom line

A/M was pretty good when I had a problem with one of there rims, it had a casting flaw, and the air leaked out of it. I didn't put it on the car for 6 months and then found the crack. I called they sent me a new one the next day, and a return UPS tag for the busted one.

i paid for A new and undamaged item and thats what i would like since i work hard for my money .

IT feels strange to me since its not what im use to from other vendors i deal with for my MKIV (mvpmotorsports.com,Titan, Sound performance,HPF to name a few) who would have sent me one out before the other was even recived due to it clearly not being my fault.

I honestly feel this was unfair to me on there behalf and i should not need to wait since again its clearly NOT my fault.

Anyways i guess ill look at other mustang vendors now as well for other items and compare how im treated .
