now im on suspension

comes with stock GT rims in chrome...lol well shiny color
but im painting the middle black and leaving the outter portion the shiny silver w/e it is

i got 17mm X 10.5mm rims on the back of my fox model, 17 X 9 in front
also i jus upgraded to .0373 gears
oh, and a .03mm exaust tip, i kno i kno. fart can but w/e. to each his own

i like my rice wit soy sauce

k well im pretty much done for today...im more then half way though

idk if you can see it but ive carved out some paint to make a C in the drivers head rest and a T in the passengers)

i removed the front sway bar!

lol...seriously

everything fit fine, and i didnt have those glue strings at all.
the only thing i dont like is how the body paint came out..
i used car spray paint and its looks just like shit.

anyone have tips on paint these things?

im going to a car show and i wana find either a 2000 mustang to build or an 04 mustang GT since thats wat i plan on getting in the future

oh i painted the window louvers or w/e its called a very dark grey...idk if you can notice, its actually called universal black. i plan on gettting a GT either black or very dark grey

and for the paint, i thot they gave u it in the kit. if not, go to the arts and crafts section at a store and look for those little miniature bottles w/ the cheap paint and brush it on urself lol

no way, ive done that before...i ended up filling thecar with fire crackers from how ugly it came out. you've got to be really good to paint the outside with a brush...the inside is fine..but the outside has to be spray painted. they sell lil kits but idk if its worth getting it. maybe i'll get the lil spray paint bottles next the to model cars and use that instead of car paint

We'd always lightly sand the body to give it some texture. Not enough to remove any body detailing but just enough so it wasn't smooth.

Then we'd take spray paint instead of hand brushing the body.

I always painted all the parts before assembly.
