Hey guys so I dont have health care/dental care and Im kind of worried I havnt brushed my teeth like I should, yeah yeah I know

but anyway I saw someone with gingervits or how ever you spell it the othe rday and was like wow....

and so now I have a coldsore in my mouth forgot what you call it and my dog cut the inside of my lip and it kind of hurts when I eat like my gums and im frakin out advice?

try oil pulling, go buy some sesame seed oil, swish a tablespoon of it in your mouth for about 20 minutes...the more you do it the better your gums will get

just cold water? Its just sensative teeth...try using the sensative teeth toothpaste...

just brush and use mouthwash...i dont even floss and i've never had a cavity

haha yeah just search "oil pulling" on google and read all about it, its legit...its basically a home remedy but people say it works

you could have more in between your teeth. if you're teeth are sensitive to cold/heat, this could be the cause. you could just have some sensitive teeth. i was having tooth aches really bad for about a week and finally went to the dentist. had 2 cavities. niether of which were very visible to me. but in the mean time, while i was in pain, i'd make myself a stiff drink. JD or Crown neat. (neat means straight up, no ice, for those of you who may not have known) and everytime i took a swig, i'd swish it around the sensitive area. numbed them shits right up. result: Brandon can sleep with out fighting mind scrambling pain.

You can brush with some peroxide, I use to do that when I smoked back in school. Kills alot of shit. Hell maybe you should just try everything in this thread if what it is survives that, I would find the money to go.
