Yes, you want to do the same muscles on the same day, you have to give your muscles a break in order to grow. Also stretch well too and get your muscles a little warm before a work out.

I usually wear a light sweatshirt or long sleeve t-shirt to the gym to get warm then take it off to show off my pythons.......er..... garden snakes

yay. Re-arranged the bedroom a bit so I can fit my bench in there. Now I can finally do some legitimate bench work when I'm home. Unfortunately the bench doesn't have a bar rest, so I have to be careful how much weight I put on the bar. lol

I'm at school right now. I'm still working on typing it. It'll take until tonight, but it'll be up. I havent had much time these past few days, just been able to piece it together slowly, but i have time tonight.

not neccessarily, after your body gets used to a routine, it tends to not work the way it once did, to achieve the gains you want you gotta trick your body. i believe the average work out goes somthing like

chest/tris
back/bis
shoulders/traps/abs
legs
then a day or 2 of rest and start over.

after doing a routine like this for awhile you stop seeing the good gains and just feel pain so switching it up to like

chest/tris/bis
back/shoulders/traps
legs/abs
with resting another day or 2

it would allow the "newbie gains" to start showing up again because your body isnt used to it.

all im saying is doing things the same way every time turns into routine, after you get used to something, it becomes so smooth that you forget your doing it, nearly rendering it impossible to improve...
