I reached one of my goals

I had set 2 weight lifting goals I wanted to reach by this summer, the first is bench 300lbs and the second one is leg press 1000lbs
And today I got 3 reps in at a grand on the leg press way ahead of schedule I am so fucking pumped right now.
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!

ya at my high school there machine only went to 275 so i ended up doing it with just one leg at a time

well i don't have any new pics those were all befor i got realy hard in to lifting, and the things you don't see in any pics are my legs wich are huge.

no but i here what you are saying i might take my phone with me next time and have some record it, but that just seams to cocky for me.

[FONT='Verdana','sans-serif']then you should see this one guy who goes to the gym i go to he makes 1000lbs look like pussy weight on the leg press. he maxes out the machine with 45 plates which is about 15 or 16 on a side. but he ends up taking one off and putting on a 100lb plate on each side. so that is about 1550 depending on exactly how many plates are on there.[/FONT]

i do squats and dead lifts but i have bad knees so i just started doing squats this winter

I still got you in bench tho lol.... 305 7x sometimes 8 if i'm feelin good that day. 1 rep max at 380

ya my bench sucks, i am doing aroun 4-6 reps at 235 right now

my best bench ever was like 340-360 soemwhere around there. was not my best, but my squat was around 650, and deadlift was around 700

haha yeah i know what you mean. I work out at Golds Gym and there are some big ass dudes there. I'm an amature bodybuilder, turning pro when i hit 20 (18 right now), so i'm a pretty big guy for my age, 5'10 now up to 182lbs with 2.2% body fat... since i'm short i look way bigger than i really am lol... i probably look like i can bench 500, but i can only max out at 380 lol, i'm just so stocky, but i'll be at 500 someday, maybe.

There are some dudes that can do 2000 lbs at golds on leg press!!!

I've also seen a grey haird old man bench 600sumthin! some strong dudes up at golds lmao
