it's a section of life of a little mentally ill girl who's parents are drug addicts, dying of overdoses at different points in the movie. It reminds me of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
It's billed as a Dark Comedy,

The little girl is, right now, crawling through the weeds. She's stalking a house with the aid of her partner, who is a Barbie head stuck on her left index finger. She's having interactive conversation with finger Barbie, and together their going to steal some food because they haven't eaten for a long time.

I had a friend watch it on Saturday. He described it as "Experimental".
