That wasn't rocket fuel, which is liquid hydrogen, which I haul. If that was hydrogen, the camera just would have went blank and that building would be gone.

Looks like the guy forgot to ground the truck before he opened her up. That's the first step before delivering any flammable or explosive liquid.
