Hello, on Friday, March 21st, I placed an order over the phone for two items off of your website. I ordered the Pypes 409 Stainless Steel Violator Catback with Polished 304 Tips (item # 20005) and Pypes 409 Stainless Steel Off-Road X-Pipe (item # 20006). I was hoping to recieve a comformation notice verifying the purchase, and when I didn't I assumed it was due to the fact I made the purchase over the phone. On the other hand, I did expect to revieve a shipping number and things along those lines in my email today and have recieved no such information. I was told the items would be shipped out Monday, March 24th, today, and I have recieved no information of the items shipping status.

Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

if this doesn't turn around with in one weeks time i would suggest that you start filing a complaint with the BBB ... but im sure they will respond before then

if i read correctly, it said that the Pypes system was available for order, they wont be filled until AM gets the first shipment
