beater

where would be the best place to look for a beater...gas is getting outa hand...work isnt paying enough and i cant seem to be able to save anymoney cause im just spending it on gas....i do about 200 miles a week on average...going to be way more in the summer probably closer to 300...i only have about 1k to spend on a car...any ideas?

just take that 1 k and put it tward gas...lol or that 1 k is gonna turn into 2k with the extra insurance,shit breaking.. but u will save money from the lack of pussy u will get from not driving your stang

$50 bucks a week for gas, you're good to go.

hes right. unless you're married and over the age of 25, the insurance/shit breaking is more than the gas will ever be.

my dad has a bike he would neevr let me take it lol...its not so much gas as it is just miles on my mustang...and i wouldnt have to pay for insurance anyway my parents pay that....

local car lots. buy the car with the newest inspection sticker. (if your state req. a yearly inspection)

yea its not really the gas..well it would be nice to only spend about 20 bucks a week on a beater...but its more the miles on my mustang...and something for the winter...i have an 04 explorer that i drive in the winter and that thing is like 80 bucks to fill lol....so i want something more practical.... craigslist was great to whoever suggested that thank you!!....i found a ton of shitty cars for under 800 bucks that were a beater but they ran and passed inspection still...
