sun baking.

dig a pit
toss some coals in it and start a bonfire let it die. throw 4-5 inches of sand on top of the coals then toss the pig in and bury the hole

everytime i go to Puerto Rico my family always roasts a pig....(farm in Puerto Rico)...i was 5 years the first time they made me watch the whole process ....shave it...hang it up then slit its throught...they didnt even waste the blood...make some kinda soup out of it

Guys I'm kinda right now sick but after I get well I will post the differnt ways to cook a whole pig. The Pinos are damn good at too.. I love Pigs 4 legged and two legged, for differnt reasons. Remember 'go ulgy early!' FTW
