usually the pilot bearing does though
if the throw out bearin is good just grease it up and throw it back on

GT trannys(t3650) are a PITA i hate them idk WHY ford decide to have the tranny and bellhousing 1 piece
Ah ok so now i go back to what i was saying earlier...like i said i'm brain dead now. Pilot bearing is what is stuck to the flywheel, and yes the tool like i was talking about earlier will get this out. A new through out bearing TOB should be installed with clutch assembly.

no the throw out bearing ive personally never seen with a clutch kit the pilot bearing yes...

the throw out bearing goes on the clutch fork just slide on...its not installed with the clutch
the pilot bearingis actually on the end of the crank shaft

my bad I got them mixed up.... I miss read the booklet. they dont call it the tob, they call it the release bearing and it threw me off...

so then let me ask how do you get the damn PILOT bearing out?

well I went to get the tool for the pilot bearing and this tool fucking sucks.,..

Everytime I try to tighten the nut at the top to pull the fingers which are holding the bearing it slips out. I cannot get ANY torque on it. Its as if im just puitting it in ther to put it in there...

Do they have different kinds of tools for this to rent?
