first cruise...
so i went to nassau this weekend aboard the royal carribian 'soverign of the seas'. we were supposed to make a stop at coco Kay, but the seas were way too ruff, had 10' waves slamming into the island, and had 40+ mph winds. the boat was really rocking. I lost my butt at the casino, but ate great food the whole weekend. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who is thinking of going on a cruise or planning a vacation. just dont go when there are hurricanes brewing out there......

That my friend in the navy is a great euphemism. Our six month jaunts to the persian gulf(of which I have done three time in the ten years I was in) are referred to as "cruises" I cringe everytime I hear the word.

I've been on 2 cruises, 1 east caribbean and 1 west caribbean. Awesome time. My 1st cruise was like that also. 25ft seas and 50mph winds. It was so bad, there were maybe 50 people in the dining room for dinner and they had barf bags taped to ever railing in the ship.
