thats actually an LT1 car. I dont remember the numbers but they were on par for a stock LT1 on a hundred shot.

got ya, so it's pretty close to my car. I'm looking at getting an LS1 motor, I wanted to put it in a '67 Camaro.

well the LS1 responds to mods very well and obviously makes more power stock than an LT1.

we have a guy comming to us from Denver in May to use our dyno. He has a 69 with an 800hp LS1 in it.

hes comming to Memphis for the pump gas drags.

Nice, yeah I was going to go all out with my 4v, but I decided that I want to keep the car for cruising. I'm still going to P&P my heads and intake, throw a set of custom cams and give a 150 shot for S&G. I want to build a big cube small block turbo car for racing. I figured that an LS1 was going to be my best bet. This is going to be a street/ strip car, but I'm thinking, gutted interior, 8pt cage, 4 link, slicks the whole bit.
