Whaddyou mean, can't you tell'em apart? One's red, the other's black, lol. :wink

I know GM owns Saab although Saab's hq are in Sweden and owns appx. 30% of Subaru; Fuji Heavy Industries is the owner of Subara, and I guess in late 2005 Toyota bought maybe 10% of the shares from Fuji. Weird huh?

GM sold it's stakes of Fuji Heavy Industries (parent company to Subaru) last fall, for which it lost 719 million in the deal.

But GM owns Saab, and the coventure platform of the WRX/Saab 9-2 sedan/hatchback was sold for two years.
