she drives an 01 malibu, and the airconditon works intermittantly. it works on and off and kind of "flickers"

im thinking its possibly the compressor... any ideas?

open hood.
take black cap off ac system on car.
plug the hose into it.

pull the trigger on the bottle.

it freon dude.. it's gas.. nothing gets flushed out.

it's like refilling a nitrous bottle.

i looked them up, it says theyre used to kill mold.

her problem seems to be the air compressor...

No, that is wrong. It recharges the system with the shit that makes the air cold

then replace the compressor. a recharge kit "recharges" the R134 (freon ) that makes the A/C cold.
