Corporate, I want to be the company attorney for my family. They pay the current attorney $200,000 a year just to be on staff. That's my kind of hustle.

Regarding nitrous being treated like an s/c or t/c, I can see where the law is coming from: super and turbochargers are factory equipment, and can be argued to be increasing the efficiency of the motor for "normal" use. Not so with Nitrous.

And, probable cause as I understand it is only for pulling you over. Once you're pulled over, you have to consent to any search of your vehicle, belongings, or person. Now, they're gonna make it sound like you have to agree, or that by agreeing "they'll go easier", but it's all a bunch of BS. Basically by not agreeing to let them search, they're gonna give you whatever ticket they can for what they pulled you over for (which sucks), but that is probably a lot better than what you'd get for what they might find in the car.

If the officer searches you or your vehicle (now mind you, if stuff is in plain sight, it doesn't count as being searched for) without your consent, that's a 4th ammendment violation, and anything found via that search is illegal for use as evidence.

Most likely they'll also through the case out for violating due process.

NC your fine if your bottle is closed and all electronics are in the off position,

but I mean if you have it just unscrew the line from the bottle if you not racing.
