GA. Nitrous. Bad!!

Did any of you GA people that it is a misdemeanor to have N2O connected in your vehicle unless you are driving a motor home??

GA

40-8-10. Operation of motor vehicles with nitrous oxide; penalty for violation.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person on a public road to drive a passenger car, excluding a motor home, which supplies the motor vehicle's combustion engine with nitrous oxide unless the system supplying nitrous oxide is made inoperative by disconnecting the line feeding nitrous oxide to the engine or by removing the container or containers of nitrous oxide from the vehicle.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor

Not in FL. We have no laws regarding the use of N2O on street vehicles.

I could actually only find two state laws dealing directly with N2O in passenger vehicles. VA and GA

That shit sucks. Can you not fight that shit in court and get the law repealed. An aftermarket supercharger or turbo is the same thing.

yea its the same weight as window tint in courts. generally an 80-90 dollar fine and a fix-it mandate. so you pay and remove and you are on your merry way. no points on license.

That sucks there aren't any laws like that in MI. Hell for the longest time guys with diesels used to drive around with 30lb propane takes in the bed of their trucks that were fed into the intakes. Yes it was a assbackwards setup but these guys were the pioneers of of propane injection. I had a 100lb bottle in my toolbox that I got from the local welding supply store. It was one of the nicer setups.

MI, if you take your tint off than you don't have to pay. You only pay if you want to keep the tint.
