Appearance opinions

so this is my car in its current condition, minus the mach1 spoiler and grill delete. but i was thinking of buying some black 17" or 18" wheels(w/o the crome lip), the black rear window louvers, gt side scoops, blacked out head and tail lights, and then painting the rear spoiler black and removing the horse vinyls on the side.

this is kinda the look im going for.

just wondering if you think it works or if i should try something different.

That would look awesome. I say just like the bottom one but with black bullitts and without the lower center section on the rear fascia painted black.

no to the louvers... make sure u do a solid drop, no black mach 1s, and id go with an 03 cobra spoiler...

the black saleens could be cool with the black spoiler. and i would love to go with the 03 cobra spoiler but i dont have the money and or time for fixing the wholes in the trunk from the old spoiler.

i cant decided if i like the louvers or not. some times its like damn thats nice and others its just "eh".

yea forreal...i look at it this way....if ur gonna do something that is appearance do something that hits u as soon as u look at it...if u look at the mod and arent sure then dont do it bc down the road u will regret it

No, but more seriously, you can make a V6 much faster. without needing to swap to a V8. Unless you're getting massive steals on all of those appearance parts, you could probably get a used blower for the same amount of money.

That being said - the picture you show is one of the first times I thought the higher ride height looked good. That car wouldn't look right lowered.

If a guy with a gt or a mach or a cobra is running dumps and wants a v6 bumper, is he "trying to look like a v6"? No, hes doing what looks best on his car. You cant tell me that the black wheels, window louvers, and all the other mods in that picture dont look "better" than the stock v6, so he isnt trying to make it look like a gt, he's simply making his car look better.

Aftermarket parts arnt a v6 thing or a gt thing, its a mustang thing.
