KINSHASA (Reuters) - The Modded Mustang Police have arrested 2 suspected whore mongers accused of using black magic to steal or shrink men's penises after a wave of panic and attempted lynchings triggered by the alleged snatchings and shrinkings. Reports of so-called penis snatching are not uncommon on the MM site, where a lack belief in traditional religions remains widespread, and where ritual killings to obtain body parts still occur, mostly late at night.
