Test Drove 2007 Shelby...

Today finally got one. Grabber Orange with White stripes. So yeah i'll have pics of it tmrw...sorry i couldnt be more satisfied. But not that cool.....

First i dont like the 05+ cars. The Shelby has ugly rims and looks like every other 05, except diff lights and emblems and such.

Interoir isnt that amazing.

Car stickered fro 43,300. Once i drove for 5 miles i got boost and mashed it at the top of 2nd, hit 3rd, then 4th. Wasnt very impressed. dont get me wrong its got pull..... but doesnt feel torquey.

Thought it would have been cooler...

Matty

Good thing they dont put down full power for 50 drive cycles, otherwise your report would have been very sad indeed!

And they look dead sexy (along with the rims) imo.

Im a Ford SVT certified technician and know everything there is to know about these cars... would you care to explain youreself. And if youre talking about the car not getting boost until 50 cycles of the key. It already has full boost. I have drive some seriously fast cars, i have desensitised myself with speed and power. So dont think you wouldnt get into that car and think its the fastest thing around, because you might think that way. Im just saying personally i dont think its amazing.

Just my own opinion.

But yeah...alot of people love these cars. Just not for me. I did have fun driving the Ford GT's though.

I think they look pretty good, except for the wheels. They gotta go. Some people have to remember what someone classifies as fast is relative to what they're used too. To a lot of people a 12 second car isn't fast anymore. Hell LS1s can do thwat with bolt ons. I drove an 06 Z06 last week, and it was fucking bad for a bone stock car, and I'm used to going 600 mph daily.

FUCK YES!
that car is just overwhelmingly fast stock
beat a ferrari F430 on the track, and a drag, and the 911 turbo and the new lambo's

all priced way over the vette
but that vette is also a bit pricey...

like 99mustang232 sed...i'd rather have a turboed cobra ANYDAY, pay less then the GT-500 and C6 z06 vette and smoke the shit outta them

turboed 03/04 cobras are demons

my moms first new car was a 66 Mustang Vert. paid 2100.00 for it and 7 years later sold it for 1800.00 site unseen. even had to drop the drive shaft to get it to the dealer.

the dealer must have known what these mustangs were gonna be like it the future.

but i hate the classic stangs unless there fastbacks and then there one of the baddest looking stangs ever.

Whats wrong with the computers? lol... never heard anyone say that before. Maybe you know something i dont.

Yellow is actually my favorite color and it would look amazing in yellow. The color is actually Grabber Orange. Doesnt appeal to me much. But still not a bad choice of color.

very nice i bet it's a blast to drive!!
Maybe for you, but no it wasnt a blast. The 2006 Ford GT was a blast.
