A few pictures I took at work

The Grand Canyon from FL430. It's a little hazy out, and my camera isn't the best.

Here's a picture of how the skyline gets dark at high altitudes. This is a t FL430 also. I wish I had one at FL450 because it's a lot darker in that extra 2000'. The next time we go that high, I'll take a pic.

Here are some pictures from the King Air as we were dodging thunderstorms Southeast of Dallas last week. The pictures don't do any justice on how big these storms are. They had tops in excess of 50,000'.

i know that, i was asking if your job was like a pilot for a tour or something or a private jet pilot. were you flying anyone important? lol
and im glad you were taking pictures instead of flying a plane

ahhh I see

I fly for a corporation. If they are in a postition to be on the plane, then they're important

. It's probably nobody you've ever heard of though.

On an average day yes, but when shit hits the fan, or we're trying to get in and deal with bad weather conditions, we earn our money.

Ya had a C9 come in yesterday hit CAT and hail tore up his radome bad, flying from NUW to NPA. Crew said the wern't scared, just concerned. I reminded them that thats why the call a flight suit a 'poopie bag'

We've hit a lot of CAT lately. I try and stay away from the hail though
