Head Units and Radio

When i turn my volume down in my car, the volume goes up real high and then down then up then down and all sorts of bullshit. The only way it doesnt act up is when i turn it down super super slow, so im moving on. I need a new head unit. Any suggestions? I dont want it to be as big as the mach headunit because i am getting this: Speed of Sound 2001-2004 Ford Mustang Radio Panels

i dont wanna spend more than 200 and dont need anything tooooo flashy or tacky.

Are you sure you speed sensitive volume isnt set to the highest lvl? I had my car for a good while before I found out that it would even do that. It senses the speed of the car and adjusts the volume as you speed up. The higher the speed sensitve volume setting.... the louder it gets..... AS you speed up.... but if you slow down the volume will decrease

Check it out. The way to set it is to HOLD the volume nob for a few secs... the average setting is about #4 or 5.

Yeah, that is nice I likey. I would just go to best buy, you can pick a nice one up there like $150.00- $190.00, and they'll install it for free.
