Widest tire that'll fit...
I have some wheels that are 17x7. I got 'em for my old '03 Eclipse. Anyway, they are a FF offset, but, oddly, they bolt up to the 'Stang...
I might use 'em as a back-up/track wheels. Whatayall think the widest tire I should run on 'em? The 17x8 Cobras I have now are 245/45 at all 4 corners... Or is this all just a bad idea????????????????

00 is 8, the S197's are 7... I think. The tires on the 197 are more narrow...

Stock 17's I think, not positive, are 8" wide. My factory 18's are 8.5 wide.
