looking to buy a helmet for the tracks.. i heard i need one with 2005 or DOT approved or something .. anyways whats a good helmet to buy and where?

I just bought 1 on ebay for 5 too bad the s/h was 30... lol Im racing on sat! and i was told that if your car runs faster than a 14 you need driveshaft loop and wear a helmet.

i dont know what times a sixer with u/d pulleys and a 75 shot will do in the 1/4... i dont think a 13.99

do i need a license?

You mean a drivers licenses? Yea you kinda need that


And if you are running street tires and not breaking into the 13's you don't need anything.

it's a metal loop bolted around your drive shaft so if you toss the drift shaft while going down the 1320 it catches it instead of the ground..

if it catched the ground you have a good chance of flipping the car.
