so my neighbor has one and apparently drives it on roadcourses alot. hes always talking shit about other cars and stuff well today he comes up to me and says not only is he beating mustangs and cobras but now hes saying hes wiping up GT40's? and running with corvettes? its a stock sti. i know they are turbo and definately no joke. but shit are they THAT fast? running with or faster than ls1's? and GT40's?

i really wanna call bullshit but i dont know much about those cars. didnt think they were THAT fast tho shit

now, is he saying that he's beating them straight line or around twisty ass road tracks? cause if he's a good driver, i'd think it'd be possible on some windy road. but certainly not on a 1/4 mile or stop light to stop light.

thats crap. sti's aren't as fast as everyone says they are. Ive rode in one and I was EXTREMELY disappointed.
