we dont have bleach 2, but we have bleach that talks about use on colors, im gonna try it

it has the "whitest whites technology" and its for linens... hopefully for khakis too

Tide or Era - Use full strength - pour it on, rub it in and let it sit for a while then wash them in cold water.

If that doesn't work - then the peroxide but you may have some color issues with that. BUT - If you use it on the whole garment, the whole garment will fade, not just the spot.
