every IT pro out there knows that Vista isnt a stable system. Working for "some" people and not others is NOT what you want in a company environment.

Ive got Vista on my laptop and I dislike it. I want to install XP on it but Im afraid of not being able to find all the drivers for everything

allot of manufactures are in microsofts pocket and do not release xp device drivers to help push the sale of vista.

no i dont think ur saving any ones day. when hardware is designed for vista only ITS VISTA ONLY. dont believe me do research on realtek new mac-less NIC card

good luck getting xp drivers for that. and almost ALL compaq laptops use this that were produced in the last year.

oh yah if u have xp guard that shit with you life. microsoft ended production in April 2008. no more xp copys for sale once old stock is sold out.
