ok so here's the deal i been having this really wierd pain that feels almost like a burning ache, its so sensitive that water hurts when i shower in the circled area of the picture attached. i looked and there are no external marks of any sort, on monday it seemed to be swollen. i have had this going on since monday btw. and it bugs me cuz i dont wanna go to medical, cuz they're dumb. what are your thoughts? just some random shit? thanks!

nope went to sleep and i woke up and it's been hurting ever since,
at first i thought it was a bug bite cuz we have some nasty ones out here but no there was nothing.

Spider bite? Is it hard to the touch? Does it feel fever'd? If you bend and it stretches, does it feel any different?

is there and increase in pain on palpation, is there any change in pain when standing, sitting or lying down, does applying heat or cold make a difference?

yeah if i touch it that shit hurts and cold makes it burn so does hot. pain doenst change depending on the position im in.

Have you noticed any swelling of lymph nodes, and you said no vesicular lesions, blister looking things, right?

well for about a month/ month and a half my left gland under my jaw was huge i mean to the pont it kinda stuck out. but the lymph ones are under my pits right? if that's the ones then no.
