my mom got in a car accident...
so my mom and my little sister took our puppy to get shots..on the way home my mom stopped at a stop sign..if was her turn to go so she went but these kids turned in front of her so my mom hit their rear..my mom suffer a broken headlight and damaged but nothing too bad....those punk kids never even bother to approach my mom or talk to her...and officer arrived and told my mom there saying its her fault...my mom is the slowest driver ever..possibly stands at a stop sign for 20 seconds before moving making sure its her turn to go and these stupid kids are blaming it on her..when i got there i saw the damaged and said its no big deal the kids gave there insurance info my mom gave hers...im thinking watever but there insurance company just called my house and there saying..its my mom's fault...fucken stupid kids

as bad as it sucks, if you hit someone in the rear, no matter if they pulled in front. its still your fault. as shitty as it is, thats how it is. hope everything turns out good for them

yeah dont know what to do..what happends when both parties say its the other persons fault?..i wish insurances would conduct interviews and they would see there is no way my mom could possibly be at fault when these stupid "who is mike jones" kids rolled the stop sign....i dont care either fuck them..if i got in a car accident and some old lady stepped out i would go check on her..its just courtesy and manners!!!!

a cop came cause a neighbor heard the crash..when i got there i just saw 3 guys standing in the other block...a police officer who does paperwork came and said since they say its my mom's fault and my mom said its there fault that we need to call each other's insurance companies..i didnt think they would have cause there was car was a bucket
