thinking about taking mma classes
a place by the hockey rink has them and it would be a great way to get in shape and get uglier for hockey.
anyone ever take classes or fight ? i need more info

look for someone who has a reputation and at least known and done some competitions. those who have fought with others learn a lot more than just training with people with the same teachings/mindset.

i think you would benefit more from judo and boxing for hockey...go to fightresources.com to find local schools it mma is what your looking for
