ExoticCarSite.com - 0-60 and 1/4 mile times as tested by magazines

and i know alot of it has to do with the driver and all

just seen a lot of different info online and this is the only site i could find with such a wide variaty of cars

and i guess i shouldnt really ask how realibe that site is but if those numbers are true or not...i know nobodys gonna look thorugh all the cars but im just wondering if those numbers seem legit

Those times look fairly accurate. Keep in mind that testing is done on brand new cars that aren't even broken in yet, and that not all testers are highly experienced drivers, and not all tests are done on proper track tires, and is often done in brutally hot weather, which affects times. So those type of times are good for a general guideline of what a given car will do. It may be faster or slower than the test times.

i know theres alot of variables but id like to be able to look up for myself how fast a car is instead of posting a What if thread lol

ive found sites online that say my car can only run 15s bone stock and others say 12s stock loll

better as in more accuate with the times or more cars to veiw?

Most of those tests reflect what an average driver could duplicate so they don't get into trouble. Kind of like the recall of Cobra's when they were discovered not capable of what the factory claimed. I don't remember the year but Ford caught a lot of flack from the owners. Those numbers could be easily duplicated so that is what they post up. A few places actually test with a good driver and show what the car is capable of with a good driver.

so the time of 14.1 with a 99-04 gt is with an average driver and thats why some ppl have ran like 13.8 with a bone stock one?

I've ran my car against an 06 auto GT that was stock and got my noise infront of him, where as i've messed with an 07 and he kept pulling hard on me untill he passed me.

the 06 auto was from a roll where as the 07 was from a dig

personally, if a website can't even take the correct time to research the size of the motor thats but into the car, i wouldn't waste my time quoting them

i figured all tests where done with autos to help elimate the driver mod lol
