Yeah. The decisions that were made that ultimately caused the levees to give way were made long before any Bush came to power.

There was money allocated by the US government 30 years ago after a big hurricane that was supposed to improve the levee system.....but New Orleans being one of the most corrupt cities in the nation, most of that money went....elsewhere.

They had plenty of advanced warning to evacuate, but instead they sit there, behind levees that they knew wouldn't hold, and took the brunt of a category 4 hurricane, then they have the audacity to pass the blame onto Bush and the federal government when there were hundreds of school buses that could have been used to evacuate people, but instead were left to get ruined by flood waters.
