Flood pictures from today
Pictures from the ride home today. The water has retreated. Water levels are down by alot, several feet in most areas. I was stranded in a hotel in Chicago for the past couple days.
These first few pictures are in Burlington, Wisconsin. There are roads in the first 5 pictures. Can you find them?

This one is Mukwanago. The dam is failing. I tried getting a picture of the dam but we were going to fast. Soon that town will be like Lake Delton.
 This one is the Vernon marsh just north of Mukwanago.  This is one of our railroad bridges over the Fox River in Waukesha.  These next three are Theresa marsh area.

These are the disaster area where the wash out occured. The water is down a couple feet from where it was yesterday.

that sucks man, last year when missouri got hit with a tons of rain, all of the fields and i mean ALL of them were flooded by a few feet. When driving on 71 all you saw was water on both sides and in the middle
edit: and months ago all the rain we had all the flood gates on the damn opened at a major lake and it was still flooded for awhile and all the homes on the bottom of the damn got flooded because of the draining. and damn, the pictures just hit you about mother nature

It was pretty bad around the east side of Madison. I drove through about a foot of water at one point. Thought I was going to hydrolock yet another car.
