I think he was talking about the choke hold the cop used. I dont think its legal but when the other dude took off in hand cuffs I thought it was funny as hell

Resisting arrest. Under US law, a police officer can and will kill the suspect if he/she is a threat to life, or public safety.

that cop belongs in the UFC. he just missed that punch to the drunks face in the beginning of the vid, that would have ended it, but the chokehold was amazing.

it was funny as hell when the other kid took off

Yeah, I was wonderin' 'bout the punch he threw. The choke I can understand. I'd like to see more of the video (beginning) to see if the dude was really deserving of getting a right cross lobbed at his chin
