if you're talking to the founder of the business, ask what gave them the idea to start the business

All I want to know when I'm buying something from someone is "When will it get here? Will it have everything in it that I will need to install? And if I should have problems, what is your return policy?"

Also want to know if they have pay pal or some other protected purchaser program if it's an internet vendor.

These are great questions guys(and gals). Keep em coming. This is ya'lls chance to learn about the vendors we have here, and possibly other vendors and manufacturers. Let us know what you want to know about them. This is your chance. Make it count.

how far would you go to stand behind your product (money back on defective parts, credit) and customer service are very important to me.

How involved is your organization whith motorsports?

How long after a certain model of car has been out of production, or updated do you keep making parts for the car? Ex. a 2003/2004 Mach 1, how long until you guys will say "We're done with that car?"
