just cut out junk foods and soda and excersise regularly. its really not hard just takes some dedication and will power. eat a salad instaed of those chips haha

cardio....thats what u need, 15-20 mins keeping your heart rate up

eat what u want but in moderation, dont eat 3 pudding cups and 2 cheeseburgers

dont whatasize,supersize,king size your meals

its actually good to eat like 6 times a day but small portions, it keeps ur metabolism going

u can work ur abs all day long and turn around and do it the next day because at the rate they repair thereselves is alot faster then any other muscle, any other muscle group u want to have a set day for it, and working out u want to wear down ur muscles and break them down so they get bigger when they heal themselves

and another thing......get u a nice comfy set of running shoes, that will make u or break u

get some nike cortez, they work wonders for the homeboy trying to run away from cops

No but a good set of running shoes will help for sure.

I would consider myself over weight if I couldnt see my dong, but if I were in that situation I would probably buy a penis pump before working out... J/K. I work out every morning and its amazing how much energy you have and how much better you feel about yourself. Now I cant walk past a mirror without looking at myself in it...

SAUNA SUITS

i had to cut some weight for the army and had a week to do it,i wore the top while running and had a strict diet, i dont recall the weight i dropped but i did drop 3% body fat
