i need to lose weight


ive determined that i have a stomach that is bigger than i would like. wut can i do about it? i dont have a lot of time on my hands so i need somethin that can be done a little bit here and there

Go jogging in the morning/night, and another thing that works is to decrease your food intake. Also eat substitute your foods with veggies and shit.

When you dont eat your body retains fat. So when you do acutally eat and sense your soo hungry you will over eat and all your body does is hold on to that. IF your eating when your hungry your not eating enough during the day. Its all about moderation. Eating HEALTHY snacks inbetween healthy meals and a work out atleast a couple times a week will slim you down. YOu dont have to go all horah just to trim up fat. Also the crunches are a great idea. if its your stomach you want to trim up than do exersices that target your abs. Runing is just great to do no matter what. Run/ get your heart rate up for atleast 10-15mins a day and have plenty of water..if you pee yellow your not drinking enough water..it should be clear or very lite color.

just basic things like set ups and push ups and running and such will get you where you want to be, not exactly RIPPED but good. And there are a lot of different exercises for abs so just search it in google. Some of them will get your burning

You don't need to turn anorexic, get cut out bad food. i.e. soda, cookies, candy, ect...

Eat less more often. Eat little health snacks throughout the day, instead of 3 bid meals. Start drinking water, jogging whenever you can, do various calisthenics, like crunches, push ups, stuff like that.

Eating less and more healthily will make you lose weight.
