my girlfriend has turned me onto this Lipton Green Tea with Citrus stuff and its some good fucking shit and it says it has 72mg of flavanoid antioxidants per serving... its a 1.5L bottle of it. hey its like a Honda....lol

i dont need it for that....

i got one hell of an immune system... last time I was sick was about 5 years ago and it was bronchitis... put it this way...

at my job there was a bug going around up there. EVERY SINGLE person got it except for me and they said just you wait your gonna get it sooner or later... still havent gotten it and that aws like 2 months ago... lol

Anti oxidants just prevent your tissues to wear out quicker hence prevents your body from aging quicker. It goes together with immunity of course since if you're body isn't as worn out, you'll have better immunity.

To my understanding, its the free radicals that damage cells. Free radicals are the "waste product" of oxidation so to speak. Every living organism has oxidation going on and as a result the little free radical bastards are being produced. Certain vitamins and minerals contain and neutralize the bitch free radicals that race around poking holes and messing up shit. I think free radicals are what makes us age and also can be the cause of cancer when they destroy or mess up the cells ability to reproduce.

One of the best antioxidants in vitamin C in my opinion. C is great because its water soluable and you can ingest alot of it without worry of overdose. Your body will only absord what it can and the rest is shit or wizzed away. E is good too.

I hate these University type studies. Even if its accurate, theres always some butt brain that will try to replace fruits and veggies with coffee because of seeing this. I wonder what is actually in "coffee" that can be defined as having an antioxidant property. Weird.
