I just tried to fire it up too, and battery was dead... Got it on charge and im going to see if I have fuel pressure and fire the bad bitch up...

VIDS!!!! PLEASE!!!!! What kind of K member did you go with? I'm looking into PSR myself since it pretty much eliminates the ned for aligning the front end back up.

Yeah its been running for about an hour or more now... videos are uploading... Slight oil leak on the drivers valve cover where it meets the timing cover...

Oil pressure is 75 PSI at fire up which is more than the pressure my old motor ever saw unless the oil was cold and about 3K. She is idling fine, and running great except that oil leak, which i should have fixed. Just got to let the silicon dry now.

Fired it up Open headers, and it was loud like normal, but no camming sound...

Tommorow after work, Gerrit and I will put the Old K member in and take her for a drive or two Open headers.

BTW oil will be changed in a few minutes once i have it idle for about ten minutes straight. I didnt do that because of the Oil leak. Once its done that then the Royal Purple will go in and she should be good to go!!

I am excited!!

The ace motor oil is in it just for the fire up and will be drained really soon, and havent gone more than 2500 RPM with that in there right now... also there is a quart of tranny fluid in the oil right now too...

Mobil 1 Tranny fluid, mobil 1 oil filters, and royal purple motor oil...

The actuall engine in the car, with the K member in and wired up... Still no hood on it.

The header clearance with the QA1 K member.

And the way the steering shaft wont fit. It is too far to the passenger side and cant come closer to the drivers because of the header... Im putting the stock K member back in tomorrow I hope unless i can get this K member deal fixed...

Video will be up soon...
