ok so ever since my car got hit in the parking lot ive been paranoind about where i park. at work i take up two parking spots. im going out to eat with my friends and im actually sitting in the parking lot right now waiting for them to get here. i am here early cause i needed to go for a drive, me and katy got in our first fight tonight and it really upset me. but we made up so we are good again lol. she apologized and so did i.anyways i realize that i cantafford the gas so i just went to bdubs and parked. i first parked next to a new edge mustang. i figure i wont get hit or anything. well as im pulling up i notice the front bumper is messed up. i park next to it and notice it doesnt have a side mirror and there are scratches all over it. it looked like it was in a rollover accident or something. so i back out and park next to a new gt/cs that was parked all alone. ill take a video of both cars when i walk in.

lol i always park mine alone and away from all cars, its just a habit i dont want some dumbass to hit my car with a door or something so i dont mind walking an extra 100ft+ for a little peace of mind.

Little thing... Taking up 2 spaces is what makes me want to hit peoples cars... I'm guessing the only reason no one's even keyed my car in the year and a half I've had it is cause I've never done that.

I had an incident once a long time ago at a CVS. I went to my car after being inside and there was a minivan so close to my car I couldnt get into the drivers side door. The van was parked on an angle in a way that would have made it very hard for that driver to back up without scraping down the side of mine. To imagine, both our cars were facing foward... the back ends were about 2 inches apart while there was about 8 inches in the front. I went back into the store just furious. I got the manager and told him.

He announced over the store speaker thing for the drvier of the blue van to come up front. After a couple attepts, the driver never showed up so I just stood by the door and waited.

Finally, an old man approached the van. At that moment I for whatever reason cooled way down. He didnt quite have all his marbles and he was there picking up a prescription for his wife because the taxi service couldnt get to him.

Anyway, I convinced the old dude to let me back his van out. There was no way I was letting him attempt it. I actually ended up pulling forward up over the sidewalk banging his underbody and exaust all the way. I even caught his front bumper on the curb just a bit. But hey, it was the only way to do it without scratching up my car.

He was cool with it all. He was apologetic and took off.

I always park way back whenever I can.

I've done that before just to be an ass...

I was on the highway getting off at my exit... and some prick in a solstice convertible starts tailgating me when I'm doing 5 over the limit. He tailgates me for the longest time, then just as we're both getting off on the exit, he flys around me cuts in front of me, way too close, and starts braking for the light... So I honk the horn at him, and he just gives me the finger...


well turns out he was heading to the kroger that was next to where I was filling up my tank... and of course, he parks way out at the end of the parking lot where there's no cars at all. I was driving my beat to shit 92 caravan during all this.... so of course I decided to go park right next to my new buddy

I parked about 2 inches from his driver side door (and technically wasn't doing anything wrong since he was parked right on the white line). I knew what he looked like (since I saw him get out when I was at the pump) so when I saw him leaving the store, I just sat on the bench outside and watched his fat ass try and climb in through the passenger side he looked pissed

there are plenty of spaces left where i park at work to take up two spots. theres a billion spots for employees but there are not that many employees working at one time.

when you said solstice, the first thing that popped in my head was the yellow one that always parks way out in the back at target. he must be a manager or something there cause its there all the time, in the exact same spot, and he also has a red pontiac firebird

When some one parks a nice car in two spaces, my brother used to take his jeep and park right next to the drivers side door, about an inch away. he had a 6" lift and mud tires with the side step bars. the thing is dirt old and fugged up, so he didnt care what they did to it. he would get his buddy to park on the other side. lol. he told me he saw the driver open the trunk and climb through. lol

yea people like that i just go ahead an gut their $300 each tires lol they are the most expensive thing on a rig like that

as a general rule of thumb i take up about 2 parking spaces wherever i go, but i make sure to do it in the area of the lot where no cars park. I also try to find areas that shopping carts and cars tend to travel through less frequently........

sure enough the 1 time i parked like a normal person in the middle of a heat wave cause i didn't want to walk a 1/4 mile to target i come out and theres a shopping cart leaning up against the side of my car and a light scuff mark going along the side....

I don't take up 2 spaces even if no one is around, just asking for trouble that way I think. I keep as far away as possible.

I try to park away from other cars or at the very least wit one side against a curb or the end the the parking spaces that way i know only one side can get messed up.
