So i made my way down to suffolk ocunty correction facility today to see me ex gf. Its the first time we really seen eachother in almost 3 months, and i guess it went kinda good.

I've known from the start that i wanted to spend my entire life with her, and have been through hell these last 8 months because of her and her actions. The end result was a nice prison sentence for her.

To make a long story short, after talking i don't know what happened, but i found myself talking to her about marriage, and what we wanted from eachother to try and make things work. We pretty much came to an understanding that if i asked, she'd say yes.

She's released July 8th, 15 months to the day from when we originally started dating. So thats pretty much where I'm at right now..... it's not official, but it's out there. This IS the biggest decision I've ever had to make in my life, and most likely will remain that way for some time.

My mind is already made...... I'm gonna go from doing what i want when i want, to husband, and step father.

There isn't much you can talk to rags about. He is apparently think headed and doesn't listen to his head let alone people here that have helped him many times before. Divorce is expensive. I'll let you know that know for the future. Do what you think is best.

when she was sober, yea, she was. We got mono together, but for some reason when i get extremely sick my throat swells and i have problems breathing and eating. She took care of me the entire time i was sick, got a job and started working while she was still sick, etc......
This is 100% about me loving this girl with all my heart, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.

Are you guys both very old? Just want to gauge your maturity level is all... no offense to you in any way.

I'd say give it time. Let her regain her ability on her own... otherwise she'll become co-dependent on you for EVERYTHING. Trust me. Not saying dump her, just, take it easy for the time being... see how it plays out.
