Question about 2nd fix it ticket?

hey guys so i got a fix it ticket for the tint on my front 2 windows.. i peeled off the tint.. and got the ticket cleared (paid the 10 bucks or w/e).

So my question.. if i get it retinted, will the punishment for the 2nd time be more severe? Will it be the same procedure or does it get worse?

Nope. Its not like a moving violation in that the punishment keeps going up per offense.
Go to your eye doctor and get a permit to have your windows tinted.

the cops around here don't bother you as long as your not actin a fool or have like 0% and look like a drug dealer, other than that you can come live here and drive all you want with 5% or even a little less if you reall want

ok thats good.

california doesn't allow medical exemptions. Which sucks. My dad knows someone who has like a really bad skin condition and they STILL can't get tint.

So just to make sure.. they can't nail me for anything else.. IE- they see that i got a fix it for it.. so now they make it into a fine or a real ticket (instead of just fixit)?
