engine blueprints or exploded views

blueprints or whatever you want to call them...

I'm in engineering, and that kind of stuff interests me, plus I'm a visual learner... (with very little hands on experience)... so I'd like to learn more about different motors.

so anyone got any diagrams or exploded views of some engines? like say the 3.8, 4.6, 5.0? Or any really, like chevy motors or even imports?

Look into some visablocks. They are little toy model engines that are very specific down to the last details... You can rip them down to the block, take pistons out, ect...

wow... that's quite a bit of searching you did there...thanks

I do know the basics on how a 4 stroke engine works, and most of the major parts ... but I know there's a lot that I haven't learned yet, like how different motors are set up...
